 Thank you for consulting the prices and conditions of our Catalonian holiday apartments. Please contact us and we find the perfect room for you and your family.

 Orientative prices per room and night in the B&B Vat included

• Double room: 100-113 Euros depending on season and length of stay (Breakfast included price from 124 Euros onwards)
• Twin bedded room with private bathroom: 69-90  Euros (we use it mainly for kids travelling with their parents)
• Double room with private terrace: 100-113 Euros, (Breakfast included price from 124 Euros onwards)
• Family suite with 2 bedrooms and private terrace:149-159 Euros, (Breakfast included price from 197 Euros onwards)
• Family home with separate entrance, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, eating zone, living zone, private terrace with BBQ: 160-200 Euros per night
• Studio with separate entrance, kitchen, eating zone, living zone, private terrace with BBQ: 129-139 Euros per night
• Extra bed/cot for over 2 year olds 25 Euros per night
• Cot 12 Euros / night
• Breakfast: If on your dates there is a  "breakfast included" rate offered and booked, we will serve you a rich, plentiful and healthy breakfast. For the "accommodation only" rates breakfast can only be added, if there are other guests having breakfast those days. Breakfast rate: 14 Euros, kids 3-10 8 Euros, kids upto 35 months of age are invited. 
• Discounts for 4+ and 7+ night stays out of high season !

Not included in room price: euro 0.66 city tax per person per night.

Prices for last week of July and August, Christmas, Easter week or weekend, New Year break and other special events on request.

All rooms, except one, have an en suite bathroom. This other double room has a large private bathroom with a big shower close to the room.

If your travel plans collide with our minimum stays we d like you to enquire directly as well. Thank you!

Cancellation policy
Before making your reservation, please read the following carefully. Once your booking has been made and confirmed by us, it will be understood that you have fully accepted the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy as set out below.

We ask for a 30% deposit at reservation of the room. It can be formalised by
credit card or by bank transference. We will not charge the credit card right away and shall inform you as soon as we charge the credit card.

If you cancel unto 28 days ahead of arrival, the cancellation fee is the 30%
deposit.
If you cancel within 28 days ahead of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Should we be able to rent out again, we will give back the cancellation fee, minus an administration fee of 50 Euros.

To cover all circumstances, we recommend contracting travel insurance.
